Our business, Heat Pumps Made Easy is MCS accredited and we have great working relationships both with leading heat pump manufacturers, and plumbers’ merchants who can deliver to anywhere in the country.

If you have enquiries from your customers who want to consider a heat pump installation, here’s how it works, assuming we have accepted your application to become a heat pump partner:

• You carry out a short visit to gather the preliminary information we need.

• You introduce your customer to us, explaining to them you’re partnered with us.

• We carry out a survey to establish if a heat pump is suitable for their home.

• If it is, we do the heat loss calculations and work out what size radiators and pipework are required.

• We take care of all the paperwork, including obtaining the £7500 grant for the customer.

• We arrange for the materials to be delivered to the job, in advance of installation commencing.

• You don’t need to outlay any money on materials, we take care of that.

• You carry out the radiator, cylinder and pipework part of the installation, and running in the pipework for us to go back and fit & commission the heat pump. Naturally, we’ll discuss pipework etc before you start the job, so we are both working harmoniously and efficiently.

• You gross a substantial fee for 3 to 4 days work, according to the job value.

• Heat pump installations, like gas boilers, should be serviced each year. Virtually all installations use us for the servicing. You earn an ongoing income from that servicing for doing absolutely nothing.

• If, in the future, you want to become accredited to carry our heat pump servicing, we’ll help you with that accreditation and offer you 2 services a day, as many days a week as you like, at a typical fee of £150 per service.

• If any customers you introduce contacts us for other plumbing work, we will refer them straight back to you. They are your plumbing customer, not ours.

• If a customer you introduce moves house and wants another heat pump, you are involved in that installation. 

Obviously, there is more detail than what is headlined above. That detail will be discussed at any subsequent meeting. Please do not ask for more details on social media, any such request will be ignored.

We are only looking for top class heating engineers who work to high quality standards, as we are providing an insurance backed warranty to customers.

• This is not a franchise opportunity
• We do not take over your business
• You carry on running your business like you always have done
• You simply introduce your heat pump enquiries to us
• We design the system
• We arrange the paperwork and grant for the customer
• We cost you in for installing the pipework, cylinder and radiators, basically all and any work you are entitled to do without your own MCS certification
• We install and commission the heat pump and system
• We promptly pay you the lucrative, pre-agreed fitting fee for each job
• We deal with all notifications
• We provide the customer with an insurance-backed warranty
• For the purpose of all future non-MCS plumbing work, they are YOUR customer
